Once workshop participants had completed a one day ‘Disability Smart’ workshop they were given access to our exciting online multimedia learning materials which gave them a better understanding of how to offer great customer service that meets the needs of disabled entrepreneurs.

Below is a short 4-minute demo of the online learning course.
Completing the full online course, together with reading the downloadable Advisor Guides, took most people around 2-hours. There was no need to do the course all in one go. These resources were designed to use in short bursts, wherever and whenever it suits, using a unique username and password. And, if the need arose, participants were able to revisit the guidance on working with people with specific disabilities at any time.
